A serial entrepreneur hailing from nine cities and five global financial centres in the world, Elvira leverages her practical commercial experience and global insights to bring pragmatic legal services to her clients.
Elvira has a strong legal portfolio in complex corporate and transactional matters. Elvira has assisted in a number of high-valued M&A transactions across various phases, ranging from private to public acquisitions and in cross-border M&As. Elvira has also worked for a breadth of high-profile clientele, such as:
– Multinational companies – including a company listed on the London Stock Exchange
– Company undergoing IPO
– ASX listed investment company
– Startups (early to scale-up stages)
– Australian bank
– Funds – including venture capital funds and a large retail funds manager with multi-billion dollar assets under management.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Elvira co-founded two businesses in Singapore, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur – experiences which strengthened her commercial acumen and gave her first-hand insights into the mechanics of businesses.
Elvira holds a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University in Canberra and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
